    Today at citrus medical on royal york I got blood drawn not upstairs as that facility is gone but in the clinic personally had a negative experience with that otherwise the experience I had with the doctor was excellent wondering if anyone else had blood taken their the last couple days?

    I've come to Citrus Medical on Royal York both as a walk in patient and with appts. Both doctors I saw were great. Good bedside manner, took my complaints seriously, and provided me with extra information. On my second visit the wait time was very long but Dr. McDonough was very apologetic about it. My problem with this clinic are the receptionists. They have terrible manners and no professionalism. It took a very long time to get my first appointment here because the receptionists kept booking
